I do hereby accept the terms and conditions below of my job application with Global Labor Agency and NursesGO International Recruitment Agency. I confirm that I have read and understood the terms and condition and I will comply with all the conditions. I accept any form of consequences that shall arise from Global Labor Agency If I fail to comply with any of the above conditions..       

1. The total travel cost for a Registered Nurse with IELTS is 5,000 pounds.
2. 50% of payment shall be made after the Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) is awarded.
3. If the candidate is unable to make the above payment of GBP 5000, the candidate can accept attachment (Accept someone as wife or husband just for the application and the attachment will be from us)
4. Any applicant seeking to register with Global Labor Agency / NursesGO International Recruitment Agency as a candidate for a Registered nurse position should be a healthcare professional (Registered General Nurse, Registered Mental Health Nurse) with at least 1-year experience and must be registered under the NMC of their home country or under the NMC of any country where the applicant is registered with a license to practice.
5. All applicant must deposit a refundable amount of GHS 2,000 as registration fee. 70% (GHS 1,400) shall be refunded if we are unable to get you an interview or the applicant wish to discontinue the process. The registration fee becomes non-refundable when the candidate fails the scheduled interviews.
6. All applicants must present or prepare the following documents: 

a. Police report

b. Healthcare qualification certificate                                   

c. TB test cert

d. CBT pass Evidence

e. UK NMC Registration Evidence

f. Ghana NMC Registration Certificate

g. UK IELTS                                                 

h. Updated CV                                                                                                                            

i. 2x references on a letter head

j. Address prove (Bank Statement, Utility Bill Receipt)

Please Note: Your Passport, Qualification Certificate, IELTS score CBT pass Evidence, Address prove Updated CV and 2x references must submitted as part of your application.

7. All applicant must sit for the OET or IELTS and get the correct score in the period of 8 months after they land in the UK to enable them receive their UK NMC pin.
8. All applicants who are registered would be updated about their application after 30 days from the initial registration date. This means, applicants can call or walk into the office to enquire about their application after 30 days of initial registration.
9. All candidates will have a screening interview with our partner agency in the UK. The screening interview will check the readiness and experience of the candidate. If the candidate is successful in the screening interviews, they will be invited for employer interviews after 2 days. When candidates are successful in the Employer interviews, they will have maximum of 90 days to relocate.
10. All applicants will be interviewed by their potential employers. Applicants must be ready on time to meet their interviewer. Global Labor Agency cannot be held responsible for any applicant who misses their interview but applicants as such shall be considered to have another interview.
11. All applicants must be aware that Global Labor Agency do not, whatsoever have any preferences in the selection of candidates by the employer. Selection of candidates remains the choice of the employer not Global Labor Agency. 
12. All selected applicants will be issued a job contract offer. This job offer explains the description and conditions of the job you are offered. All applicants have the right to accept or reject the job contract offer.
13. All applicants must be aware that, every selected applicant who accepts and signs the job contract offer is bonded or committed to the following terms and conditions:

a. That the applicant understands the description or conditions of the job contract.

b. That the applicant shall wait for their certificate of sponsorship which shall be issued by the employer and will not search for another job elsewhere.

c. Applicants must be aware that the certificate of sponsorship is only valid for 90 days after it is issued.

d. That, applicants cannot leave their employer before the three-year contract is due.

14. All applicants must know that the total cost of the job placement for health care workers as described above are payable after the visa is acquired.
15. If applicant wishes to travel together with their partner, the applicants must be aware that, their partners can join them after six months when their probation periods are over. Partners or spouses must prepare to pay for their visa application fee and flight ticket.
16. All applicants must make payment through bank deposits and present the receipts at the office. Payments in the office are not allowed.
17. Applicants must present all the above documents after the certificate of sponsorship is issued to begin with the visa application.
18. Applicants must do the visa application submission in person at the UK embassy in their home country.
19. Applicants must be aware that, after submission of the visa application, the collection point of applicant’s passports and visas would be the office of Global Labor Agency.
20. Applicants shall be given a grace period of 7 days after the visa is acquired to make full payment of their job application.
21. All applicants must comply with the exact date employers want you to start work. This means that, employees should arrive in the UK on time without delays.
